Photos were great but not at a cost we were expecting. We only had the canvas but did feel pressured to have more. We weren't expecting £180 for 15 photos and a single canvas. If you are tempted by the persuasive photographer to have some professional photos done, get an idea of the cost beforehand. Guests also need to be aware that when offered ice-cream and fruit on the beach, there is a cost for this even though you can get ice-cream etc at the bar restaurant as part of the all inclusive. Also information on the facilities and services on offer, for example, the spa treatments and prices. It would have been helpful to have information on each of the restaurants and bars with an idea of the type of food they served. The only couple of areas that were lacking were there were no information guides in the rooms. Mohammad the waiter made sure we had a drink all the time. Entertainment team work really hard without becoming annoying. Food was OK although the desserts all tasted the same. Our room went straight out onto the beach and lagoon which was great. We stayed there for 4 days and really the experience was unforgettable, every recommendation! The only drawback of this resort is that it is adults only (16+) which means that families with younger children are not allowed there and unfortunately resort is not a pet friendly. There is literally no need to buy a home card, which I think is great. The resort is really huge and it will take you time and time to see everything and take pictures but you have no worry because the internet in the hotel is top notch, you have it in every corner of the hotel, on the beach, lagoon, bars. I have to mention that there are animators in the hotel who have a program every day, in the morning, then some kind of party in the afternoon and evening, but their disadvantage is that they know how to be strenuous.
The main restaurant is great, variety of food, quality, taste, I really have no complaints. There were no problems and very quickly we were directed to our apartments and the program plan at the resort. After a long flight, at the very entrance to the resort we were greeted by a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. We wanted to spend a quality vacation by the sea with good fun and food, which we got. On this trip I went with family and friends.
